Co-Founder & CEO
Lisa is a former Dreamworks executive, who oversaw development and production of branded content for franchises including How To Train Your Dragon, Guardians, Kung Fu Panda, Shrek, and Trolls. She also produced Penguins of Madagascar Got Your 6, featuring FLOTUS Michelle Obama.
JEFF HARE
Publicist
Jeff began his entertainment career at Walt Disney Studios, before moving to Warner Bros, where he held the position of Sr. Publicist. In 2008, Jeff took on the role of Head of Publicity at DreamWorks Animation, where he worked on all aspects of the business, including personal publicity for CEO, Jeffrey Katzenberg.

Josh is a Streamy award winning executive producer, director, and podcast host. His work has been featured in People, Billboard, Apple News, and on Entertainment Tonight. Josh cut his teeth during a 15 year stint at Disney before developing shows for Sony, WEtv, and Million Stories Media.

Jon is a true multi-hyphenate, having been involved in the entertainment industry and the marketing industry for over twenty years. During this time, Jon has worked as a standup comic, a comedy feature writer, a producer for the likes of Quibi and iHeart, and a marketing consultant for Fortune 500 companies.

RJ has a rich and diverse history in the entertainment industry, starting out as a record exec at famed rapper T.I's label, Grand Hustle Records. As the label expanded, RJ moved into talent relations and handled several A-list sports personalities before transitioning into the film and television sector.

Business Affairs
Todd has over two decades experience operating at the highest level of business affairs for consumer products, location-based entertainment, and marketing. Todd has an encyclopedic knowledge of entertainment law, which OGM Productions is very happy about because the rest of us have no clue what we're doing.
